Re-read the user manual before reaching out. Most requests for support involve details already covered there and available without waiting for a response.
Every part of the SuperGY6 product is intended to be simple and intuitive, with instructions kept minimal to cover any non-obvious gaps during installation.
If you're not able to get something to work, try not to overthink things into a problem that doesn't exist. Re-read instructions and look for a missed step. Sometimes the problem folks contact me about turns out to be as simple as turning the key...

If you purchased a cheap product elsewhere (Amazon, eBay, etc.) and are struggling to make it work with no support, you need to work that out with the company who sold it to you. Messages asking for help regarding unrelated wiring products from other sellers will not be answered. Repeated request are treated as spam. Just buy a SuperGY6 kit to get access to support and end the headache.
